Best words to end a fight? #sixsunday
If only my husband would use these final words more often. π
From Misguided, my short in the Into the Unknown Anthology due out December 1, 2011 from the point of view of Wyatt Moreland, main character in Little White Lies!
βI donβt like the idea of someone coming after you when it almost tore us apart before. I canβtββ He firmed his lips as the words tore at his gut. βI canβt risk losing you again.β
Charley slid into the room, headed straight to him and wrapped her arms around him.
Wyattβs did the same around her. βIβm sorry.β
And there in lies the way to a woman’s heart.

Very sweet… π Congrats and great six!
Aww, that is sweet.
Gotta love a man with the ability to behave and knowledge of when he needs to step up to the mark. π
Nice emotions in this one. Great six!
Nice! Love the emotion.
Wow, that last line is a swoon worthy moment. A *sigh!* worthy Six π
Definitely a couple I’d like to know more about! Great excerpt, my “Awww!” moment for today. Thanks!
Sometimes “sorry” is what I need to hear, but only if it’s something that’s their fault and only if I can feel that they mean it. But Wyatt seems to mean it very much. Great six.
Definitely sweet. Thanks for sharing!
Wonderful six! I wish you a ton of sales with your books! Happy Sunday and Happy Halloween!
